Compass Eight specializes in the development and delivery of programming and events which emphasize and enrich an organization's mission and its brand. Compass Eight programs are set apart by the caliber of university faculty which design and deliver its seminars and courses. We look for opportunities to develop and deliver academic enrichment programming across community-based platforms in the same way that a successful marketing campaign delivers its message across media platforms.
An integral part of the Compass Eight approach is the development of valuable community outreach, sponsorship and marketing partnerships which complement enhance and support programming efforts.
Most Compass Eight courses are a two-hour seminar format taught by university-level faculty. Compass Eight manages and coordinates the program process from content conception to curriculum development, faculty recruitment, promotional material design and distribution, program registration, program operation and evaluation/follow up.
